Nice clean friendly atmosphere . The waitress Lori was quite busy but still was ontop with making sure you had a drink , and didn't have to wait . The drinks themselves were very good not too strong , but flavorful with a clean presentation. I myself didn't order food this time , but there wings are the best around Windber. Bought 20 worth of tickets there and won $150. So that was another nice surprise. Parking: Wasn't hard to find a spot to park at on the street .
