She is renowned for... read more I feel very fortunate to have attended many of Lou’s events over the past few years, and I have to say the food is always truly outstanding. She is renowned for her use of fresh, whole ingredients and her unique personal touches. Lou is incredibly gracious, highly talented, and a pleasure to collaborate with. One of her popular specialties is the grilled teriyaki chicken skewers, which are always a hit. She often grills on-site, adding a wonderful atmosphere to her events. At a recent gathering, she served roast beef that was absolutely incredible, and her grilled marinated salmon is nothing short of extraordinary. Additionally, her appetizer table is always breathtakingly beautiful. She deserves every compliment that comes her way.
