Nice and warm, busy and welcoming. Good food reasonably priced, many half orders available since they're pretty big!
We had the Pollo Asado and Jalisco Plate. Both were tasty but the meat was kind of dry. My son didn't care for the chili renello. The restaurant was busy on a weekday night, so there was a little wait for the food, not the seating.
Had lunch there and enjoyed the meal. Service was friendly and helpful in making decisions on what to have to drink. Sat outside to enjoy the weather and people watch.
The service was awesome! Chips and salsa and with beans set us up to be excited for our meal- especially after reading all these reviews. I’m not sure if it’s just my family’s taste buds or a bad rice day- I ordered arroz con pollo and my first bite I thought tasted like how a cow smells. I didn’t mention it to the kids but both of them said the same thing about their rice, my sauce did not help at all. I live on Mexican food in AZ but never had it taste like this- I couldn’t eat it.
I went to this restaurant on June 13th, 2021. It was very busy. I gave the reception my take out order of a Steak Fajita and Chips. He never told the kitchen my order. Originally he said it would be 30 40 minutes. I went on a walk near the falls for 30 mins. When I came back, they could not tell me anything about my order...??? A second waiter came to helo. He could not find my order. A third woman came and said they would start my order now...??? I waited at least another 30 40 minutes. The front waiting area just ignored me.... like I was invisible. They attended to all who wanted a table.... They received a call for 30 people which they explained they were full. The fajita was made but was very dry and tough. I could not even eat it. Very disappointing.
