I don't normally like Arby's and there are things about this sandwich that I would do very differently, but the fact that they were willing to make it for me and that it wasn't super expensive is worth 3 stars. I am talking about the meat mountain! I would warm up all the meats and melt the cheese. That would have made this a 4 star review. Half the meats were cold and the cheese was just tossed on there. Sat there today at 1730. the woman on the car thru was amazing! friendly and great service. really nice lady. arby is the best! the reuben is great!
Good food, however the friendliness of the drive thru staff leaves one wanting. With so many other choices right there on that stretch of road, having a friendly staff is important and I'm going to remember that next time I drive the 10 miles for quick good food.
I never leave reviews and usually give people the benefit of the doubt. However, if I can rate 0 stars I would. There is a worker at the Wind Gap Arby’s, short blond hair with glasses and was not wearing her name tag. She is the RUDEST human being I have ever met. I went through the drive through to place my order. I order a sandwich and then asked if it came with fries. She ignorantly said, No? Do you want them? I then said, yes please and she said “well ok now I have to delete everything and redo the entire order.” After a few minutes I was asked what else I wanted and said the same sandwich as the first but just a double. She then said, “it’s not the same actually” and proceeded to make snarky remarks about how I was inconveniencing her.I I have never had someone actually try to argue with me over a drive through order before and was shocked she would go that route. When I pulled up to the window, she did not say one word to me, no total no nothing. Gave me my food and closed the door. I am not going to lie, I checked my food because I wouldn’t put it past her doing something to it. I will never go there again just based on her service. It’s a shame people like her work where there should be somewhat good costumer service.
The boy taking orders tonight doesn't know the difference between Arby's sauce and red ranch pretty much told me I was wrong. Then waited over five minutes to place an order. Oh well. I love Arby's but this makes it hard to want to go back anytime soon
Yesterday we stopped to pick up something quick to eat after visiting my mom at a nursing home. We decided on the 2 fo 6 menu. I got a chicken my husband got the arbys Roast beef. The chicken sandwich was 2 Chicken tenders that was cold and hard as a rock. The whole meal was cold even the fries were cold. It was 4:30 pm. Why, why was the food so cold? It was terrible! NEVER AGAIN! This was the ARBYS at Windgap, PA
