The COVID-19 safety measures were well implemented, and the space was thoughtfully arranged to promote social distancing. The food was excellent, particularly the beef, which was of very high quality. The service was attentive and prompt, and we appreciated the absence of excessive noise, making for a pleasant dining experience. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Running Horse:
Menu choices were slightly limited and in our case the calf's liver was from a fairly old calf. Lambs liver would have been a better choice in my view and they the meat would have been as good as the rest of the meal. Service was good and made up for the food issue above but it did put one of our number off her whe meal which was a shame. View all feedback.

An excellent menu full of variety and tempting dishes, with friendly attentive service. The food was top notch, everyone enjoyed their dishes and it was a comfy pub to while away a couple of hours!
