open fire ignites on cold days and always a warm welcome. vegetarian options in the main menu and several vegan options on a separate menu. Pub-style eating and nothing worse for it. good portions and good prices, and also some decent beers. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Phoenix Inn:
We visited on the weekend in October 2022 for a Sunday roast. The lamb shank was really well cooked and the meat was falling off the bones and the potatoes were crispy and soft. The veg however could have used a lot more love. Over cooked carrots and cauliflower in water is not what I want to be served in a pub. View all feedback.

I and my fiancée went with my parents on a Saturday lunch. the pub was quiet as they had booked their restaurant, eating that we had was great and very good price the drinks were also very good price. we go back and recommend it thoroughly
Hidden over this beautiful little pub after we worked an appetit in the nearby marwell zoo and we were really impressed, beautiful atmosphere, plentiful menu, friendly service with great food at a fair price. real local feeling of pub while very welcome to visitors
