The food took a long time to arrive and is a little pricey. . . but was well worth the wait and the money. Shanghai Papa is by far the best Chinese in Winchester. Thank you for another delicious meal. As always we will be back.
I used to live in China and I love to find a restaurant that serves real chinese food and not just food with loads of honey or sugar! I love shanghai papa 's food
