We got o... read more Rafael's used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Tonight pretty well changed that. We ordered the Grecian Chicken with house dressing on the salad. We got our meals and sat down. We immediately transferred our salad from the styrofoam meal plate over to our styrofoam bread plate. The first thing we noticed was no dressing on the plate. My wife checked her salad and there wasn't enough dressing on the salad to taste it, same with my plate and salad. The wife went back to the counter and asked for another cup of dressing which are similar in size to the pill cups at the hospital. The lady behind the counter was not friendly, said there was dressing on the salads and another cup is $1.00. After the wife objected the lady gave her one cup of dressing for the two salads. We also noticed the rice bed was not as plentiful and had nearly no veggies as it used to have. They have had a price increase and that's understandable but to reduce the quality, the amount and increase the price is not acceptable. Not sure about a return visit.

I should mention that the chicken strips are definit... read more I attempted to use the restroom, but what I discovered was quite unsettling—it resembled a torture chamber. I should mention that the chicken strips are definitely not made from chicken, and I've lost my appetite for spaghetti and meatballs after that experience. Let’s just say the meatballs are unlike any I’ve ever had before.

They offer a wide selection of fountain drinks and alcoholic beverages, as well as a range of desserts that aren’t listed on the menu. However, some dishes can be a bit salty and lacking in flavor. The Greek plate and Greek salad were quite good. I expected more from the calzone; it had too much meat and I wished there was more bread. On the bright side, my friends thoroughly enjoyed their pasta!
