Wendy's - Winchester

The manager that’s been working in the morning today, and yesterday morning is the sweetest man. He’s very patient and kind hearted. There was a morning their system was down and he was the only one there and I could see the line building up quick. He was very calm and apologetic for the delay. He did a really good job handling s busy morning by himself from what I could see, He ended up giving me my meal for free. I could see him talking with the employees and they seem very safe and comfortable with him. I hope everyone is kind to this man.

I visited the Berryville Ave location in Winchester, Va around 4:30pm on 4/8 and I would highly recommend you take the young lady off the drive through. She was totally disrespectful, rude and had zero people skills. Just a suggestion. The manager hung on me as well when I made a call in to let him know. Won’t be back to this location.

Manager sequoia very rude and she threw my bag of food at me and refused to give me a receipt while coworkers in the back laughing saying she should be lucky it ain't hit the ground

Ordered breakfast at the drive thru-just the special, when I got to the window they didn't have my order. She said I never ordered, I asked her to take my order then, but she refused. Did go on their website to complain but just got a form email thanking me for my feedback.

Wendy's is consistently my favorite fast food hamburger. Still the case.
