She asked how we are doing, rather than what we wanted to order. It's such a rare customer service experience that it is noteworthy. I typically only have one strong cup of coffee at home in the morning, but I found myself at another Starbucks and was impressed by the courteous staff. Instead of immediately asking for our order, the barista inquired about how we were doing, which is a refreshing change in customer service. The atmosphere was lively, and the woman with the strong northern accent was very efficient! I also enjoyed the dark roast cold brew. Overall, a great experience!
Great Starbucks location! It's a convenient spot with a friendly team. There's ample seating, including comfortable chairs perfect for relaxing and reading, as well as good options for standing or sitting at tables.
I ordered ahead using the mobile app and picked my order up at the drive-thru. It was easy and hassle-free. I tried the pink drink, and it was delicious!
I have never encountered so many delightful, positive, and enthusiastic women in my life! You all are incredible! Every morning, you brighten my day!
This place has a lovely interior and is always kept clean. It tends to attract a lot of college students who sometimes occupy the tables for a while. Fortunately, there's usually enough space to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. However, the service can be a bit sluggish. I'm not sure why it took so long to get my order, especially since there were employees around who seemed to have little to do.
