I called ahead to inquire about their vegan options, and Elly was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the raw, utilitarian, and minimal atmosphere that still felt welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me create a delicious vegan pizza. The service was quick, but every moment was worth it. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The fresh ingredients made a difference, as they are never frozen. The red sauce was delicious and classic. I can't imagine visiting Winchester in the future without stopping by Pizzoco. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

While the cheese on the pizza wasn't to my liking in terms of taste and consistency, the crust was perfect. I would definitely return just for the broth sticks. Also, don't miss out on the salad with peas and balsamic dressing.

The menu features a fantastic selection of pizzas along with a variety of appetizers, salads, and beverages including beers, wine, and sodas. After some deliberation, we opted for the White Oak Pizza, which sounded incredible among all the other tempting choices, and paired it with a Caesar salad. It's easy to see why this place has such a stellar reputation! Our food arrived promptly and was beautifully presented. The salad was fresh and served in a generous portion. The pizza was simply outstanding! The white sauce is undoubtedly one of the best I've ever tasted, and the combination of fresh basil, sun-dried tomatoes, and a balsamic drizzle was heavenly. I particularly loved the hand-tossed crust, which was thin and not overly doughy. The owners were on-site and very friendly, as were the staff, who were eager to offer recommendations and explain the menu options. The restaurant was spotless and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. While the parking lot is a bit small, there is plenty of street parking available nearby. If you're in Winchester, be sure to check this place out—you'll likely make it one of your favorite dining spots!
