Nice place to hang out for a bit. The arcades for the kids are limited. Mostly ticket making games for the prize counter. Pizza was good. Price a little high for pizza with a lot of crust, not enough cheese or sauce. View all feedback.

The food is fine, it only takes several times to get your order right. Then, after 40 minutes of waiting, they make it seem like it's your fault to disturb them, with the wish you paid. We had an adoption event in the center where Pizza Factory is located. We went in to ask if we could set up a flyer and they were so nice that they offered to donate some pizzas for the volunteers! The pizzas were delicious and the hospitality was very appreciated! Thank you.
I always receive excellent service! My kids love playing the games everytime we go. The pizza is great and this establishment does so much for the local community and support of local schools and sports teams.
