What LoriO24 doesn't like about Monaco's:
Staff were super friendly and nice but the food was just ok. I got the shrimp and scallop pasta and the scallops were not cooked all the way, a bit jelly-ish in the middle. Others had the spinach ravioli and that was just so so. I will say my friend had the peppercorn steak and it was delicious. The staff were great but I would not rush back for the food. Everything was a hit, the pasta feels and tastes fresh. I ordered the manicotti and was not disappointed. Perfect quiet setting.

Absolutely recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself!
Service, food, and ppl were great and I recommend the wine and pasta choices here.
I've only had their pizza for take out, but it is one of the best in Winsted. Looking forward to having a sit down meal there.
