Gloria's Pizzeria - Winchester

Really rude owner here they are kidding the order, and they have done this 4 6 times! lie and tell you, there grilled and come home to find raw onions that my brother cannot eat. because they have something against grilled onions! I told them three times, grilled onions go to home and guess what? raw onions! are you deaf? or just ignore my request. then the rude owner acts like an **** and forbids me to live! lol who wants to eat at an assholes place? not I will look this ass further.

I’m a regular at Gloria’s. I get either their chicken Caesar wrap best in town or the honey mustard chicken wrap at least once a week. The honey mustard wrap was actually the last thing I ate on the way to the hospital in labor before having my baby. The owner is also the nicest guy ever!

I have been going to glorias for a long time. Not once have I had bad service via phone, pick up, or delivery. Today 4 14 22. Was the worst. 11:15 am I ordered antipasto salad and a drink. I ordered early because my lunch is at 12 noon. Woman on the phone told me 45 minutes. I was ok with the time frame. 12:15 rolls around, 12:30, 12:40, 12:45 no delivery. I called Gloria's, same woman who took my order answered tge phone. Informed her to cancell my order cause my lunch was over. Driver came informed the driver I canceled the order cause my lunch was over. I called them back wanting an explanation why it took an hour and a half for my delivery. Because we had two drivers. That's not the issue. She was going to transfer me to the owner. I hung up. Woman on the other end was rude, and no help in resolving the situation.I enjoy glorias, that's why I gave it a 4 star. Never had issues. Mike is always friendly, helpful. He compliments his staff. I like to see and hear. Today was the worst ever. The woman in the phone was rude

Great portions on the Large Meatball sub. It's a keeper. Would absolutely order it again.

Last week I ordered a steak caeser wrap. I got home 45 minutes from Glorias and realized I was given a chicken caeser wrap. I called the restaurant and they told me they would deliver me the correct sandwich. They delivered it super quick! A Steak Caeser Wrap and A customer service. Good customer service is everything. Thanks Glorias!
