Checkers - Winchester

Food is good here, my only complaint is during the later evening hours 7pm+ the girl running the drive thru is on her own doing almost everything , she has a rough time with English which makes understanding her very difficult. She needs help people , help her before you lose her.

2 stars for being fast -3 stars for being fast because my burger was barely cooked and still cold. I rather you take a few more minutes and cook the burger.

DO NOT GO HERE. Waited 20 mins in the drive thru for 1 meal. Then when I finally got to the window, the girl had a horrible attitude and acted like she hated her life… if it’s truly THAT bad, go somewhere else for $11 an hour! Beyond rude and horrible customer service, even for a fast food joint. I don’t expect 5 star service from checkers, but I’ll never go back after this last experience. Go to cook out, hell go to McDonald’s before you go here! Wish I could give it a negative 5 stars

As a new yorker, it was cheerful that the checkers were riding again. everything came properly boiled well and to our exact order.

My friend was in the sick house in winchester virginia and enjoyed 2 of her whole way burger. when he left the sick house, he had gone straight to the cashed.
