What Nick doesn't like about The Old Inn:
This is a great pub and food is normally very good, however we went there for a Sunday Roast and we were very disappointed, we chose pork with crackling, the crackling was totally inedible as it was as tough as shoe leather and the waiter did also agree that he would have a word with the chef and the potatoes were under cooked with black bits in. It was very disappointing. View all feedback. What sue likes about The Old Inn:
Excellent meal. It was a pleasant change to find a pub that serves nutritious and well presented food. A welcome alternative to the usual 'pub grub ' offered these days. Also really good service. View all feedback.

read moreThe Old Inn is a charming restaurant with a lovely setting and friendly staff. The food, especially the puddings, receives high praise from patrons. However, some guests found the prices to be a bit steep, especially considering the quality and quantity of toppings on certain dishes. Issues with the atmosphere, such as dogs jumping on tables, were noted by some diners. Despite minor inconveniences like wobbly tables, overall the experience at The Old Inn was positive. The Sunday lunch offerings were particularly well-received, with excellent roasts and delicious desserts. The sea bass fillets and Swordfish steaks also impressed with their perfect cooking and flavorful presentation. Overall, The Old Inn seems to offer a mix of high-quality food, friendly service, and beautiful surroundings, making it a worthwhile dining destination.
