The Landford Poacher - Wiltshire

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. The staff was very friendly and the beef was delicious. I would highly recommend this place for a Sunday lunch.

We had another fantastic meal. It was my husband's birthday and they had balloons and Happy Birthday banners on the table for him. (He was so happy!!!)

We were the first customers to arrive for lunch after taking a family walk nearby. We were pleased that the restaurant was dog and kid-friendly, and the staff were very welcoming. The food was delicious and the portions were generous (with smaller options available). We will definitely be returning.

Called in for lunch, met with a very welcoming member of staff, gave menus advised us of specials, drinks order taken, also food. Not a long wait and food was excellent, good portions, well cooked and extremely value for money. Were checked on to see if all was good. Had deserts, don’t usually, but they were exquisite Roulade and Bakewell tart. Was also advised people with small appetite could have just a starter or a starter and dessert, not many places would do this, so definitely the best place to go.
