First time we got through the drive through fairly swiftly for this McDonald’s only to be told at the collection window to park up. There was nowhere to park as everyone else was parking up too. Waited 30 minutes all Deliveroo and just eat orders being fulfilled as were the new drive through orders. When I went in to complain the manager said that because there was such a backlog of orders the people who had been told to park up were being forgotten about. Last night went again for last day of school treat. The kids had meals and I just had a McFlurry. Today I have suspected listeriosis. To be honest I’m not surprised, if they are too busy to get simple orders out then I suspect they are too busy to wash out the machines properly. Never again

Someone orders a burger, they have to decide if that want to make it a meal. If they do want a meal, that means they get 1 side and 1 drink. 3 items. In a bag. Hand the bag, with the right 3 items, to the person who ordered it. Really. That's all you need to do. Instead, you get staff staring a screens as though they are trying to decode the mysteries of the universe before they eventually cobble together the wrong items, stone cold, and with things missing. Before trying to hand it to you in a huff like they've done you a favour. Seriously. A burger. Some fries. A coke. How did you manage to get out of bed and dress yourselves?

Absolutely shocking. Ordered via app and was sent wrong order, cold food. Restaurant is a 2 minute drive from me and food took over an hour. Rude staff too. Can... read more Absolutely shocking. Ordered via app and was sent wrong order, cold food. Restaurant is a 2 minute drive from me and food took over an hour. Rude staff too. Cannot leave zero stars. They prioritise on line orders and leave customers who visit branch waiting for ages. They can't seem to get either element correct. It's not fast food, its slow food.

It should be ready to collect as I pass the 2nd window but never is. Their system does not work and with only children running it nobody cares. Worst service ever!
