Its not complicated. Someone orders a burger, they have to decide if that want to make it a meal. If they do want a meal, that means they get 1 side and 1 drink. 3 items. In a bag. Hand the bag, with the right 3 items, to the person who ordered it. Really. That's all you need to do. Not possible to wait 20 min when using mcdrive for breakfast. They asked all.the cars to ark and wait fir the food at 10 30... Useless manager
Shocking, shambles, avoid to name just 3 things ordered at self serve stood there for 30 mins and had to also for a refund as would have been late back to work otherwise absolutely shocking that place is a mess the management need to sort it not going there again.
Absolutely shocking. Ordered via app and was sent wrong order, cold food. Restaurant is a 2 minute drive from me and food took over an hour. Rude staff too. Cannot leave zero stars. They prioritise on line orders and leave customers who visit branch waiting for ages. They can't seem to get either element correct. It's not fast food, its slow food.
Everytime I order a simple big mac meal through the drive through I have to park and wait for it. It should be ready to collect as I pass the 2nd window but never is. Their system does not work and with only children running it nobody cares. Worst service ever!
Ordered via app, waited ten minutes for cold burgers and soggy chips to arrive. Only good point was the milkshakes were actually available. Sent back for full refund
