Tried the haddock fish and chips. It was freshly cooked and very hot and very tasty. Excellent food quality. There is an extra charge for ketchup packets. Sheesh. There isn’t seating space, and there’s some sort of table area where you can buy unrelated things. Odd. But looks to be consistent with a family run business. Detracts from the ambience though. What monkeywarr doesn't like about Domino's Pizza Amesbury:
I placed a delivery order with the restaurant, and the website indicated a 45 minute wait time, which was convenient for us since we had just arrived home. However, after waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes, the pizza still hadn't arrived. I tried calling Domino's, but no one answered the phone. Absolutely terrible, would not recommend at all. Simon is one of the rudest men I have ever met. Waited over half an hour for our order. Simon continued to serve other people’s order after ours. Both Simon and Ben had absolutely no idea what they were doing. No apology or anything. I have been a customer for ten years, but I certainly won’t be using again. Food and service have gone down hill, despite the hefty price increases. Service: Take out
