What Ros T doesn't like about Bengal Bite:
We have eaten here a number of times. We have enjoyed our meal, as we did this time. But, having booked an early table (18:30), we did not expect to, after 40 minutes, to still be waiting for our main course, and to be told that they were dealing with deliveries, and then to be told they were going to serve us as a take away customer!! It all seemed to go wrong... What a shame?! View all feedback.

The restaurant serves fantastic traditional Indian cuisine with attentive and friendly service. The onion bhaji and lamb madras are especially delicious. They also offer a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Our grandkids enjoyed their meal as well. The average cost per person for dinner is between £20-30. The food and service both receive a rating of 5, while the atmosphere is rated a 4.
I ordered food for delivery at 5:30, but it didn't arrive until 6:10. The food was cold, poorly packaged, and two of the curries had leaked. The service and food quality were terrible. Delivery service for dinner cost between £10-£20 per person.
I can't wait to dine in at this restaurant soon as I want to personally commend the staff for their excellent work! We have been getting takeout from Bengal Bite for a long time now, and the food is always fantastic. Every dish we choose, from Pasanda to Madras, is filled with delicious flavors. Everything is always fresh and delicious. I would share a photo, but I've already eaten it all!
Bengal Bite offers a culinary experience filled with aromatic spices and exquisite flavors. The warm hospitality and authentic cuisine make every visit a delight. This restaurant truly showcases the best of Indian cuisine. I will definitely be back soon.
