I gave the food 2 stars not because of the quality but because of the value. It's a damn cheeseburger with tots. It should not cost $26. Absolutely horrible experience while in town visiting. We sat at the bar with almost a hour wait and all of us getting our inaccurate food at different times.Then to top it off there was an auto gratuity of 20% added to the bill.Do not recommend! View all feedback.

We decided to revisit Hamburger Mary's in Wilton Manors, having had an average experience previously. Our main draw this time was a particular performer in town. With hopes high, we made reservations three weeks in advance. However, the evening didn't meet our expectations.Upon arrival, we were dismayed to find ourselves seated in a corner, far removed from the stage. We immediately brought up our reservation, emphasizing that it was made with the show in mind. The response was unexpected and unsatisfactory: we were informed that our reservation wasn't confirmed, hence the distant seating. This was perplexing, as no follow-up communication for confirmation had reached us after the initial booking email.Having previously owned a Hamburger Mary's franchise, I found this policy quite surprising and not in line with what I would expect in terms of customer service. Disappointed and feeling that our evening was compromised, we chose to leave. The prospect of dining without enjoying the show didn't justify the time and expense.Our decision to give Hamburger Mary's another chance turned out to be regrettable. This experience has discouraged us from planning future visits. The lack of communication and inflexible seating policy significantly impacted our evening, leaving us with a negative impression.
