We stopped in real quick between the flu shot clinic at JMA and a youth baseball game. Our youngest has a severe allergy to dairy. Every team member was extremely understanding, caring, and compassionate. They even asked additional questions just to make sure that certain condiments were okay and if the food needed to be separated. What Daphne Chapman doesn't like about Hardee’s:
Stop by for a quick bite but of course it was not quick. I sat at the mic for 5 mins waiting on the young lady to complete my order. She kept starting and then stop to help another customer. The food was not hot and not very good but maybe it was just that day and time. View all feedback.
Staff didn't greet us we had to ask are you ready before they even acknowledge us. Got here at 8:30pm was eating and they had the nerve to come and tell us their closing and turned off the main lights. Food is A+ everything else at this location is a failure. You should review your staff and management bc service is very
Service was average to below average. Was asked to pull forward along with two other cars. Burger was hot, fries hot, but they forgot my soda when the food came out. Would try another location.

Great employees always polite. My orders are accurate they've never messed up lol.
