eating was as terrible as I thought it was. but the 4am female server were great! the management must really invest in a watchman or a male cook to be tho with these girls. oh, and the coffee was also good! Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
I've been to over 51 Waffle Houses many times. Never had a serious complaint. But this 1 takes the cake ! On 2 consecutive Sat nights at ~2300 I went to WH @Forest Hills Rd, Tarboro St. Both times all booths were closed off and the chairs were piled in top of bar stools. The 1st time Upon entering NO one said hello nor offered service even though there were no other customers. I thought they were closed, so I drove ~... View all feedback.
I was here today and the service was terrible. I wait 40 minutes on a whole star breakfast and was completely overlooked. Then cashier says you're just waiting for your waffle. The food was cold then. Who pays for cold food. Go differently where and spend your money and actually get hot good food. There is a Denny's and Dunkin Donuts I recommend going to everyone and avoiding this place at all costs.
Traveling from MD and made a stop here on our way back. I was almost sure the bathroom were dirty and stinky, but they were not surprisingly. Cleanest Waffle House bathroom I ever been to. Orders were taken and the food came out quick and easy. Hash browns were made hot and crispy, just how I like them. It was only two workers working hard to get all the orders done. A couple more customers came in to dine in and to order to-go after our party of 7 but our food came out fairly fast. Enjoy my time here!
Great customer service, understaffed you will have to wait an extended period, food is cooked by the order, food is fresh. I recommend this place to everyone if you are not in a rush. You can not call in to order due to the understaffed issue
Ended up here at like 2am after a long trip to Daytona and everyone was so nice! Everything was good, clean, and helped us recharge before going back on our trip!
The manager is super awesome. I dont know his name but if you go there enough he will remember your order if you always get the same thing better than the waitresses. I had forgotten to mention one thing to the waitress but the manager sent the food out the way I had previously ordered it and made my day. Five stars for the food, the cooks and management. I wont even go to the other location anymore for the simple fact they remember me at this location.
