What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
My daughter placed a mobile order at 7:45 this morning, but by 8:20, her order still wasn't ready! It seems that a mobile order doesn’t guarantee faster service than ordering inside or through the drive-thru. According to the manager, they don’t start making her drink until she arrives, and then it gets pushed to the end of the line with other personal orders. It's so frustrating! View all feedback.
You know that condescending tone some people take when they try to defend someone else's mistake while belittling the person who points it out? I had no issue with the drink being made incorrectly; the server I interacted with was quite pleasant. I was simply curious if the drink’s color had changed, especially since this was the second day in a row I encountered the same issue. However, the other employee's rude demeanor towards me when she assumed I'd ordered it incorrectly—and then her even ruder reaction upon discovering I had ordered it correctly—was frustrating. You shouldn't double down on your bad attitude when you’re in the wrong; just acknowledge the mistake and move on. Or let me rephrase that: you can continue to display a poor attitude, but it really reflects poorly on your character as an employee.
I decided to try the pineapple lemonade since it was too late in the day for more caffeine. It turned out to be very refreshing and fruity, garnished with pieces of dehydrated pineapple. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. My partner ordered an espresso, which was also excellent and helped keep him awake for our road trip.
This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Had an mobile order but when I got there they had the inside closed to public and the drive through took me 40 minutes to get through with only 6 cars in front of me; even though they had a decent amount of employees in there. Of course by the time I got my hot drink it was cold. Do not recommend going here.
I am a starbucks barita at another store, i order one venti dragon drink and another trenta dragon drink, at the windrow they did not give me one trenta dragon drink, and when i said there was one that was supposed to be trenta, they tried to charge me again for it, when it says on the sticker one was supposed to be TRENTA? and i keep calling to see if i can get another drink on the house or to see if i can get a refund and they never reply, i hate to be a karen but it dosent make sense since i know the rules of starbucks
Regardless of how busy they are, they consistently prepare my drinks perfectly, and they are always incredibly sweet and helpful.
