Jimmy John's - Wilson

For the first time to eat Jimmy Johns and visit this place for the first time, it will be my last time. Very rude employees young black girls) with attitude for no reason other than I asked a few questions on the menu. I thought she had a problem with me, but before, setting with the next customer behind me. Should I spend my money somewhere. My first and only bad review!!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. My wife and I went around 7:32 and the girl told us they were closed. I remembered that they did not close until 8 and then after a few minutes they finally debate my order. We were as nice as we could be that it was a little despicable that they were speaking in Spanish while we were sucking. It was very obvious that they did not want to serve us and did not interest us. We got the order to go and when we went home for 20 minutes, we sat to see that there was only meat on the sandwich. Only meat and bread. No veils or other blows. It didn't even have the bacon it should have. Very disappointed and I'm sure I'll never be back.

I'm in drive through now. Slow service . Attitude from whom ever took my order. Nothing like one in Raleigh and Greenville. Better do better . Update. Got home ate, sandwiches are made beautifully. So its just the attitude on the inside.needs work. Thanks.

Fast and fresh tasting food. I had a lot of needs for toppings to be separate and they did it with a smile!

Took my family to this JJ?s a few months ago. Employees seemed agitated that we were interrupting them. I thought maybe they were having a bad day, so I tried to be extra nice. The result...emotionless, terrible customer service. I felt 100% unwelcome. They did not like the fact that we had questions about the menu either. Considering sometimes people have bad days, we tried the same store again this week. Same experience...employees who do not understand kindness, being courteous, and making customers feel welcome. We will not return to this store as their are plenty other sandwich shops.
