Wild rice and hollandaise on steelhead were my fave. -Schnapps: I've never had a better apricot flavor than through the apricot schnapps our waiter recommended (and served in a cool Schnapps glass, designed not to be able to smell it!
Outstanding ambiance and food, at a fair price, served by friendly and talented staff. The Copper Bar is exactly what a ski town Austrian restaurant should be. Only negative was the somewhat limited beer selection, which was more than offset by the selection of fruit brandy. Excellent experience.
The Copper Bar was a welcome change from my Teton Village favorites. The service was warm and inviting. The house drinks were memorable and the house-made sauerkraut was outstanding!
Amazing atmosphere and great staff. Not to mention crazy good authentic Austrian food. One of the best hidden gems in Jackson.
Steelhead trout, bar, tagesuppe (apple, brie, speck, walnuts). Music is fabulous classic era big band jazz.
