- **Cozy Atmosphere**: The warm ambiance created by the wood fire, intimate booths, and a charming copper bar, along with the friendly staff, made our experience truly special. - **Jäger Tea**: I wonder why warm cocktails haven’t caught on more in the skiing community? This one is definitely a must-try! - **Delicious Sauces and Sides**: The classic entrees like elk steak, trout, and chicken were expertly prepared and paired with fresh, thoughtfully chosen sides. I particularly loved the wild rice and hollandaise sauce served with the steelhead. - **Schnapps**: Our waiter recommended an incredible apricot schnapps that had the best flavor I’ve ever experienced, served in a uniquely designed schnapps glass that prevents you from smelling it! Overall, it was a delightful experience that kept us warm and satisfied long after a day on the slopes.
The ambiance and food at The Copper Bar are exceptional, all offered at a reasonable price by a friendly and skilled staff. This restaurant embodies everything an Austrian eatery in a ski town should be. The only drawback was the somewhat limited beer selection, but this was more than compensated for by their impressive range of fruit brandies. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
The Copper Bar was a refreshing alternative to my usual spots in Teton Village. The service was friendly and welcoming. The signature drinks were unforgettable, and the house-made sauerkraut was exceptional!
Amazing atmosphere and great staff. Not to mention crazy good authentic Austrian food. One of the best hidden gems in Jackson.
