Amy Jos is the best country breakfast place anywhere around! That is saying a lot because there are some great local options! Amy Jos always has great service, great prices, great food, and a great hometown atmosphere. If you are looking for the best cheese biscuits in the area, look no further than Amy Jos! What D doesn't like about Amy Jo's Country:
My waitress was quite attentive. She tended to a good amount of tables. The food was ok, nothing was stellar. In my western omelet were few and far between ingredients. Tomatoes inside were over ripe and slimy. I did enjoy the atmosphere, feels like a huge country kitchen. I will give it another try for lunch. View all feedback.
Great prices and delicious food! I especially enjoyed the land ham; it was quite rich, which might not appeal to everyone, but I thought it was fantastic. The house-made briskets were also excellent. I’ll definitely be returning to Wilson next time!
I've visited this restaurant several times before, and the food has always been good. However, we went for breakfast this morning and were disappointed. Both my husband and I ordered omelettes, but they were cold, along with the home fries. It seemed like they had plenty of staff, so I'm not sure what went wrong today.
Tonight, my husband and I were quite disappointed with our meal during our first visit to this restaurant. The seafood lacked flavor and didn't look appealing. Every restaurant can have an off day, but the seafood definitely seemed undercooked; the batter fell off the shrimp, and the fish looked like it hadn't been fully cooked. My hamburger steak was decent, but the instant mashed potatoes were quite bad. As I mentioned, every place can have its rough moments, but the service left a lot to be desired as well.
We love this little place. The whole food is so good and served hot and you do not have long waiting times. So a variety of things to eat. Good ole Country Food! Hard staff!
This place has gone downhill.Called in a breakfast order because no one else is open on Sunday. $15.00 for 2 biscuits tip. Get home, and the order isn?t even right. McDonald?s has a better biscuit and they?re about the same size, might as well go there at least they don?t ask for a tip and you expect them to mess your order up.
