A subtle layer of BBQ sa... read more A solid 4 out of 5 for this BBQ spot! The ribs were excellent, with a nice rub that struck the perfect balance between spicy and sweet. A subtle layer of BBQ sauce on top added to the flavor. The meat came off the bone just right. However, the brisket could use some improvement, especially since it was served with au jus sauce on the side. The coleslaw was cut quite interestingly, featuring large chunks of cabbage, but it was still delicious. The cornbread was decent, as was the mac and cheese. I would definitely recommend the ribs to anyone looking to give this local establishment a try!
