mostly we had great experiences with the staff. the smoothies are good and fast. their business hours are unfortunately not online and we have tried twice to go 7:15 (online says they close by 8), but they close by 7. hopefully they will update their business times for all the others who try to go! Lethargic staff caused the low score.Fiji Island breeze is fair.When I entered and plugged in laptop I was not greeted Are you gunna order anything? I said Yes.I need a minute to decide. The staff of two returned to corner table.I approached counter and waited.Ordered shortly after.Manners and customer service are absent.I gave them another chance.My bill was $7.10 ,I paid $10.10 ans was told It is only $7.10. I absolutely love this place! The staff is always very nice and friendly, and the environment is really clean. The Mountain Man smoothie will always be my favorite!
The staff was very helpful, and the Amazon Kick smoothie (with added spinach) was delicious. I'll definitely be back! - Ted C

Several explanations were need to explain that my change is $3.00.Really.I had to speak slowly again and again.Now wrong size was made.Replaced quickly.
