I had a great dinner here. they were busy, but that was just 10 minutes waiting and eating came out quickly. the waitress was on the point because it seemed that we needed every second and she had a big job and was never upset. good food and good service! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Olive Garden:
Excellent service from our waitress, however the steak i ordered was microwaved at some point. I could tell by color and taste. I asked for extra garlic herb butter that it comes with, but when our entrees came she told me they were out of it. That butter makes the dish what it is. Without it, it sucks. We landed in the olive garden because I burned the dinner and we had a gift card that we got as a Christmas gift. read some of the negative reviews.
The food was delicious! my friend and I were there for minutes, we didn't have to wait long for drinks, appetizers or eating!
My son and I arrived at the juli in wilmington and spent the greatest part of the day in wrightsville beach we were near the olive garden and decided.
Great food, decent service. They took care of us really well when our food was first given to another table that had to be made new, i.e. a longer waiting period. We had no desire, but it was nice to compose one of our meals for the inconvenience. Main example for customer support to get them back. I have the seafood Alfredo, which was creamy and tasty, along with chicken gnocchi soup. I recommend this place.
Our server Kirsten was professional, attentive, and gave us ample time to enjoy our meal. It felt like we were her only table. Bravo to her for being an excellent addition to the team. I will definitely be returning with friends and family to Olive Garden in Wilmington, NC to experience Kirsten's exceptional service.
