Jersey Mike's Subs - Wilmington

This week I tried a cheese steak sandwich at this restaurant. I mentioned to the young man working there that the last time I bought a cheese steak from another place, they had given me a very small sub. He immediately started making my sandwich and showed me the bread to make sure it was to my liking. His name is Ty, and he decided to give me a discount on my sandwich because of my previous experience at another restaurant. I often visit Jersey Mike's, and this kind and professional gesture truly impressed me. It's rare to see such dedication to customer satisfaction these days. I will definitely be coming back to this place because of Ty's excellent work ethic and positive attitude. He was a delight and has gained a customer for life on CB Road. Thank you.

When I walk into this Jersey Mike's location the theme song to Cheer's plays in my head! If you're young... Google it! If you're my age or older, you know what I'm talking about. I always order from the Jersey Mike's App on my phone to collect Shore Points to earn free subs and skip the line when I get there. And the Employees All Know My Name now. It didn't take long before they knew me...after a couple of orders. It always brightens my day to walk in and have their faces light up and greet me with my amazing fresh food. I walk out happy. Even if traffic from work was TERRIBLE, or my day SUCKED...At least they brighten up the 10 minutes before I get home so my night isn't ruined.
