Hibachi Bistro - Wilmington

The food was tasty, but they forgot to include any sauces. The spring rolls could have really used some.

I ordered the Hibachi Steak and a California Roll, along with a side of onions and zucchini. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The California Roll had carrots in it, was served warm, and the rice was overcooked and mushy. The Hibachi Steak lacked flavor, and the onions and zucchini were drenched in an unappetizing brown sauce. I wasted $35 on this meal, and I couldn't even eat it.

I wouldn't serve this to anyone, not even my ex. They put the container in upside down, and the sushi was close to being inedible. I ended up throwing it away because I just couldn't eat it. I'm usually not a picky eater, but this was just unacceptable. There are definitely better sushi places around, based on my experience. The spring rolls were okay and at least edible.

My steak was undercooked and tasted terrible. Found out after the fact that they have a C-rating from the health department.

I always pay extra for brown rice and NEVER get brown rice and I paid extra for brocc and got 4 or 5 pieces. Also no utensils or sauce. Food just dryyyyy
