Contribute FeedbackThis restaurant has garnered a variety of feedback, revealing a somewhat inconsistent dining experience. While some patrons praised the tender chicken strips and generously sized crab claws, others criticized the quality of fish served, particularly concerning mislabeling and overcooked entrees. Complaints about cleanliness, service errors, and interruptions from flies detracted from the overall enjoyment. Yet, some guests found value in the friendly staff and quick service, especially during breakfast. Though the restaurant shows potential, improvements in food quality and cleanliness are essential for a more satisfying experience.
In the future, please keep in mind that "fish 'n chips" typically refers to the traditional British dish made with cod or haddock, not catfish. Wels is a variety of catfish and is not suitable for this dish. It would be appreciated if you could accurately represent the type of fish you are serving. Personally, I am not a fan of catfish.
I stopped by for lunch during my road trip and was pleasantly surprised. The chicken strips were tender and juicy, and the wedges were cooked to perfection. The service was fast, making for a wonderful lunch experience.
The fish was enjoyable during my initial visits, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been quite disappointing. The flavor of the fish seems to be off, and I've had multiple mix-ups with my order; they served me potato wedges instead of the beans I had requested, which I really dislike!
While it may not have the best food around, it's still Hardee's. Compared to other Hardee's locations and fast food options overall, this one stands out as exceptional!
I visited the drive-thru and had to wait for 12 minutes. The service was disappointing, and everything felt quite sluggish!
