Epic Food Co. - Wilmington

Delicious! I had the Thai bowl problems because of my gluten sensitivity, and it was phenomenal! My only complaint is that there was not enough of this amazing peanut sauce. I also took a slice of the GF carrot cake on the way out and it did not have the chalky mouth feeling that is so often associated with GF baked goods, it just tasted like a really, excellent piece of carrot cake. I can't wait to go back to this epic place. And yes, I just did.

You have an excellent GF selection, including crispy chicken! My salad was so tasteful, with fresh ingredients it didn't even need dressing. I'd eat here regularly if I lived nearby.

Epic Foods is so good. It's been three months since we were there and we are still thinking about it! We were in Wilmington for a few days in June, and we kept coming back for more of their delicious Surfer bowl and the chicken salad! Wish we had an Epic Foods by us. Am tempted to make the 10 hour drive for a weekend just so we can eat there again. : Love love love that their food is organic and it was the main reason we went there initially. Epic foods is truly EPIC!

Epic Food company hit the spot. They have insanely fresh and high quality ingredients, and everything tasted excellent. I created my own bowl, and I was impressed by how great and high quality the food was. The shrimp was good sized and tasted amazing. The service was great- friendly and laid-back. My only negative is that for what it is, the cost is high. I'd come back here again though.

Epic is by far the best place in Wilmington to get good food that you will feel good eating. I go for lunch a couple times a week and it has been my favorite place to go for healthy food. Food is fresh and the employees are so nice and friendly. Highly recommend!
