Dunkin' - Wilmington

Iced coffee was so sweet that it was unpredictable. what made it even worse was the fact that this was mixed in before half the inch sugar on the floor. I threw it at home because when I commented on it, two separate workers sat and stared at me as if I were going in and repairing it myself.

They were out of mocha at least 2 days in a row. It’s a coffee shop, how? Then they forgot my cold foam on my drink that I paid extra for. The employee literally handed me my drink and just walked away, didn’t say bye have a good day or anything. I just think Dunkin really needs to train their employees better, better customer service. And work on keeping a better inventory, I feel they’re out of something often.

Worst dunken I ever! literally nothing ever works the Ovens are down or The blenders don 't work about 80% of the time and when they do work they don 't blend the ice down like in the photo literally waiting on ice to melt right now, yet when I try to call before driving there the phone rings once, then it doesn 't work.. Dunkin needs a new owner at this location because I 'm not going there anymore, it 's a waste of my time and money.

I would give this DD a zero if I could. Horrible customer service. I waited for almost 10 minutes in the drive thru today after the person working the drive thru asked me to Hold on for a second. Ten minutes later, still nothing. There was not even anyone in front of me, so there is not excuse.

The service was quick, we used the mobile app. When we arrived there was three people in front of us. The employees got the orders done and out the window. We were in line maybe six minutes and got our drinks.
