Been trying to order pizza online and by phone for over an hour still no order, they have the worst customer service so I called to speak to a manager whom transferred my call to a representative and still never got a chance to place my order smh View all feedback.
This dominos enthuses me from my head to my grabbing and my smile returns every time I break here. the customer service is stellar especially the mcbride manager, which once replaced my honolulu hawaiina, which fell on my floor. the mumbling manager with the tattoos once helped me hunt my lost 2 liters. I didn't spit in the load! the marble cookie brownie is irresistible, but once the lava crunch cake has burned my mouth. lava caution cake. Five stars.

Needs to be said for the crew that was working tonight. Ordered 2 medium pizzas. Got them both within 20 mins. Best I've ever had from dominos on College Rd. Cheesy and perfect crisp on bottom. Good job whoever was working inside tonight. Steven gets a shout out too for delivery. Just wanna show my appreciation for my order.-A Restaurant worker and I was 110% happy. We don't get alot of recognition so good job!
We usually enjoyed Dominos. Perhaps, my last experience not a good one. They give our order to someone else. Without explanation of the situation, stuck in this situation, an unavoidable wait under all the confusion while they restarted the order in their automated system to prepare a new one. Finally the gentleman serving the orders arrived and asking him; he explain what happen... Anyone would had leave and cancel the order if they told you and not waist your time part of the promise of this product is to save time . On top of that the pizza looked poor quality and it did not even seems to have steak instead resemble like bacon or something... maybe ham. The manager approached to confirm that was steak which added to the perception of a low quality product. Tired of the situation subtly... walked away.Sad to lose a good pizza place. there are good local pizzas that treat persons like persons and not a production line fully automated.Uninstalled the app... who cares about a tracker that lie to you and when they fail they don 't say a word.Lesson learned talk to a real people to place an order and promote more jobs doing it.
