After we were seated, we waited close to 10 minutes before anyone came to our table. Once we did get service, it was never from the same person or timely. We consistently saw our server at other tables, which he prioritized over ours. Our drinks were consistently empty. Delightful Southwest(mexican) Restaurant in the new building near Wrightsville Beach Zugbrücke. Many delicious decisions on the menu. Fresh and new building. Pleasant and attentive staff. This is a sister restaurant to Tower 7 and K38, the most popular Mexican restaurants in Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach. You won't visit Cruz. You have a delicious meal and an unforgettable experience.
If you know how it is Mx restaurants seem to have a taste that is like the meat from the freezer? Or the beans still on the very cool side? This is more than your friend just cooked it fresh from the fishing trip or farm. Charming restaurant with relaxed spirit and casual. We found the prices comparable to those in the city.

There are about 10 places in Wilmington that my wife and I go very often, and this is on this list! Great food, great prices and great everything around to eat and share a meal!
Cruz is such a great restaurant and it's close to Wrightsville Beach! We always go to the bar to eat and have never had a bad time. The service is amazing with very knowledgeable and friendly bartenders. You will not be disappointed with this fresh-mex choice. Oh, and they have the best salsa in town
