Clean Juice - Wilmington

I had to choose a star review to leave a review, otherwise it would have been zero stars. My friend and I stayed at Wed., 6/8/22 at about 1:45. It wasn't full. Two young women ran in front, took and filled orders. As soon as the young lady was ready to serve the woman before us, she told us... we don't take orders anymore because we're backed up. Good customer service should have said that, it will probably be a 20-minute waiting period... or something else than what we have. Give us the choice if we want to wait. Do not refuse to serve us and not to apologize. We only have an empty expression. Anyone who has the place can give the staff a refreshing course on good customer service.

Walk in and no one was in the front of store. Waited 10 mins and was saying ?hello? out loud. Two more people were in line waiting with me at this point. I could hear someone talking on the phone in the back all this time. Finally ?Gianni S? came out and had a attitude. She took all three orders. And even though I ordered first, which was just a shake, I got mine last. The shake was disgusting and had that caked with protein taste. The name Gianni S was the server name on the cup but the girl was tall and had long black hair.

My first time having Clean Juice this morning and I can?t say enough about the avocado toast! So good!!

It 's used to be a Port city java cafe here. I am glad that they opened clean juices and other healthy options in Front street. Beautiful and modern design and great ambiance. Very very clean! The staff are very friendly and super helpful in explaining to the differences between each item. I got Green juice 50 Cal! The taste is natural which I loved No sugar, no additives). Consider me a loyal customer now on!!

Loved this place, it's hard to find healthy clean eating on the road. Their salad was fresh, healthy and delicious, their smoothies/drinks yummy.
