What Amy M doesn't like about Chopt Creative Salad Co.:
The grilled chicken in the salad was served cold and had to be removed. It was so hard to eat that it seemed undercooked. The croutons were extremely toasted, posing a risk of chipping a tooth. Most of the salad had to be removed, leaving just the lettuce and cheese. Considering the high price, it was disappointing to receive such low quality ingredients. I am so glad my daughter introduced me to this place! It will be my healthy lunch stop when I am in Wilmington from now on! So yummy and I love how it is chopt into tiny pieces! Nothing worse than a huge chunk of lettuce in a salad! Tons of options and very clean establishment including the bathroom. A+! View all feedback.

At this Wilmington eatery, the salad offerings evoke a range of reactions. While some customers laud the fresh, perfectly chopped ingredients and attentive service, others express disappointment over quality issues, such as undercooked chicken and poor ingredient balance. High expectations for classic salads like the Caesar and the Greek salad were often unmet, with complaints about texture and taste overshadowing their appeal. Despite the eco-friendly packaging and convenient options for customization, the inconsistency in flavor and quality leaves diners longing for a more cohesive culinary experience. Overall, it's a restaurant that sparks enthusiasm but also demands improvement.
