While some patrons praise the delightful food, including the lobster ravioli and Tuscan Grilled Sirloin, others express disappointment over increasing prices and inconsistent service. Noteworthy dishes like the cannoli cake and Johnny Trio have garnered strong support, yet diners have reported issues such as forgotten orders and uncomfortable temperatures. Despite facing staffing challenges, dedicated servers continue to deliver memorable dining experiences. Overall, Carrabba's charm persists amid fluctuating quality, leaving guests with varied impressions on their culinary journey.
In 2021, the food came out faster than expected and our waitress was great. It was quiet as it was a Wednesday night. The cannoli cake for two was delicious and a must-try for those with a sweet tooth.
We had a fantastic dinner on Friday evening, with amazing recommendations from our waiter, Jason. Jason was truly exceptional, and when we told him we had never experienced such great service before, we meant it! If you get the chance to dine at this restaurant, request Jason as your server - you won't be let down!
We used to enjoy going to Carraba's for years. However, lately, we have encountered some issues. The restaurant has been uncomfortably cold and on our last two visits, they forgot to serve the soup. The prices have also become too high. While the servers are always good, the overall experience has become unpleasant. Unfortunately, today's visit was our last.
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and cozy, with ample parking for larger vehicles.
Fettuccine Alfredo was extremely dry! There was literally no sauce, as if it had evaporated away. Would not recommend!
