What Roosevelt Ritchie doesn't like about Capricho:
This place gets 3 stars for trying to be authentic. Flavors were not quite their but it wasn't bad. I did enjoy the food but it did feel very Tex-Mex. The place is very small so I wouldn't take more than 4 people at a time because sitting is limited. Overall, not bad but coming from a Hispanic that knows the flavor, my 3 stars holds its stand for trying. View all feedback.
I can't say enough good things about this place. The Plantains are amazing, the Lizano is on every table and the Tacos are on point. It is so affordable and absolutely delicious. I am so glad that there is a place like this in Wilmington
Today for lunch in the middle of a... The spirits were not damped because the soaking was completely worth it, the shrimps and pigs belly tacos were fantastic... Very recommend the handmade tacos, generous portions and friendly service of Capricho..
Best Taco in the city, and with the exception of the recently dismantled Blok Taco, I tried them all... This place is authentic, but still packs a little flair for the foodie looking for something special. The waiting staff was somewhat confused about the ordering process as many different tables experienced problems with their order, but the young lady worked hard to get it right.. and if it was right, it was WAY right! Definitely a drop. I don't think you'll be disappointed!
Awesome, fresh Mexican street food (made to order) everything feels so authentic about this place! The selection is great, and the food is not overpriced. Just what downtown ILM needs! Thank you, Capricho!
Had the beef empanadas and carnitas tacos for lunch today......AMAZING!!!!! Prices are very reasonable also. Highly recommend checking this place out!
