Burger King - Wilmington

Every bit of food that was ordered, except the jalapeño bites was cold. Double whopper, cold, chicken sandwich, cold, fries, cold. Such a waste of money and time. Would have went back and got them to remake everything had I not been worried they would spit in it or something. Those folks need some work ethic, or learn to take some pride in the product they serving. Im so disgusted!

Food is always served promptly and the orders right. The only negative is they aren't able to hire enough staff to open the dining room in the evening.

I was just told minutes ago they don't sell salads or grilled chicken. I literally looked up Burger King North Chase, Wilmington, NC and this is the menu that pulled up. Sounds like either the employees are clueless or the menu needs to be updated.

I just got breakfast before my fundraiser event. As my boyfriend was pulling off. I was checking the food. Our sandwiches were cold. It's not like we got there at the last minute to get breakfast. I had to warm my food at my event. Do better! It's not like yall are actually cooking the food. How about pop it in the microwave, before you offer it to the customer?!
