the espresso martini was so delicious! And the pizza we got was some of the best we?ve had. Reminded my husband and I of pizza we ate in Italy. Even our picky toddler ate 2 slices. A beautiful place with great food. And our server Susie was amazing. View all feedback.
If you are looking for a great pizza spot from the beaten path in a fucked way up and come neighborhood in South Front, that's it. The character and the vision as we approached the pizzeria were quite pleasant during sunset on a warm October night. The open bar and kitchen was welcoming and the conversational buzzer illuminated the dining room even more. Unfortunately, this is where the whole fanfare ended. We came for a dinner on Tuesday and chose to order their special 2 pizzas with a side salad. The page salad was upgraded to its version of a Caesar salad. We enjoyed a Peroni and French 75, the baby had a pepsi. The French 75 came out a little warm, as there was only one patron at the bar. For starters we ordered a children's version of butter paste. It came with Rigatoni piping hot buttered and probably edible. But after a bite, the pasta was not Al Dente, but hard. Then we got their Caesar Salad, which came in a large part. It included roasted and raw Brussels sprouts with pesto. The best way to describe the salad was dense. It was hard to eat. The Caesar Dressing was not liberally tortured and while the Pesto was fine, it was lost in the labyrinth of unsalted roasted Brussels sprouts and raw Brussels sprouts to eat in this dense, heavily loaded salad. The two pizzas were they? Pizza Alla Carbonara?. Both were overwhelming, no distinction pop of taste. Both pizzas were burned on one side and on the other side. What gives the lack of experience for which the pizza is prepared in its wood stove. Overall, a little more taste and flare from a pizzeria, which clearly had an eye for design in its entire presentation of its space. If you are looking for a good pizza for half the price, while it is not most scenic landscape Slice of Life would be a safer and more tasteful choice.
OMG, this place is amazing. I can't believe you didn't order. I had a meeting of Mind's pizza and it was incredible. Come back frequently. I would have published a photo of the second Chocolate Brownie cookie, but I couldn't wait
Total solid experience. Baked Chicken Parmesan Biss as an appetizer were really good. There are four pizzas that cost the menu. Tony Pepperoni was a successful classic. The Little Greenie was the best of the pile as veggie pizzas can be difficult, but the beats were perfect. The green monster? ve was better served with lamb sausage instead of Italian sausage and the rosemary leaves had to be distributed evenly instead of in bundles, as you either have no taste of it or too much. King Louie was a brave pizza I was very interested in trying, but honestly not working for me. Spicy from the Serranos with citrus sweets of pineapple jam and mint on top only not IMO. If you like it, you would recommend going to try it for yourself!
An absolutely perfect experience! I came late, but still top notch service! Meating the Minds Pizza is amazingly good. Airy but filling crust is delicious, and the meats and cheeses above are amazingly rich! Personally, I like a little more firmness under the crust, as it was a little dizzy, but it was so good that I was not interested at all! One thing that is a must is the Hot Honey. I don't know what's in it, but I want to buy it from the gallon! Instead of the usual crushed red pepper, the hot honey adds a tiny piece of sweetness and heat that perfectly complements the pizza. More places should offer this!
