Our little family just discovered this amazing place within the last 8 months and we've ate from here 4 times thus far. This is hands down one of the best places to go for pizza. The food is hot, made with fresh ingredients, the service is fast and pleasant. The atmosphere is relaxing. The staff is very attentive. Our first time visiting, the waitress gave us a free pizza coupon for our next visit. Also, my 11 year o... View all feedback.
What Mike Newsome doesn't like about Benny's Big Time Pizzeria:
Ordered the Baller pizza with Xtra cheese and a caeser salad. When I picked up the pizza it was no longer called the baller but was called the space jam. I asked if it had meet balls like it shows on their web site menu and they said yes. When I got home and opened the box I was very disappointed. Not much cheese and no meatballs. Could not wait to try this place and was so glad that I did! Warm, hip atmosphere and servers generally seem happy to be at work. I was pleased to see that they use the 00 flour that they make pizza with in Napoli, which explained why the pizza was so delicious. Best pizza I have had in a long time. Highly recommended!!
Excellent location with a great menu and phenomenal food. Only complaint would be that it gets a bit loud and makes it hard to hear others. Otherwise it's a fun location with tasty fare. The brussel sprouts and raddichio appetizer is not to be missed. Also, the mozzarella tots were a fun twist on a classic. We had the Talk N Shitake and the Samwise Gamgee pizzas. They were both delicious! We also got the cannoli Tarts to go, tiny bites of yumminess.
I've been here twice, and it's been amazing each time. The gluten-free pizza is so good. I highly recommend it. The hot honey sauce is delicious.
Great food, service, atmosphere and the perfect expresso martini! Hubby and I got the charred brussel sprouts and the Doogie Howser pizza and loved it!!! The combination of the flavors are so unique and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable. A wonderful cappuccino ended the meal and was the highlight of our rainy day adventure to the American Craft Walk downtown.
Will definitely be back, the food was so good! It took a little longer than expected but was not a problem at all! Our server Steve made sure we had everything we needed while waiting and was super kind!
