What a fantastic pub! We were greeted with a warm welcome from the manager, which set the tone for our visit. The service was friendly and attentive, and the beers were refreshingly cold. We couldn't resist returning the next afternoon, this time enjoying dinner as well, which exceeded our expectations in both service and meal quality. This is a fantastic pub and accommodation spot along the Mawson Trail. The rooms are simply furnished with shared bathrooms that have foldable floor mats, but I really enjoy these colonial-style pubs. They serve Coopers Ale on tap, and the chicken parmigiana with vegetables or chips and salad is delicious. Overall, I would rate it 5 stars. Room: 3, Service: 2, Location: 4.
