Starbucks - Wilmette

There are several Starbucks locations in Wilmette, but my favorite is the one at the corner of Green Bay and Washington. The reason for that? It's the incredible staff. The wonderfully friendly team always greets you with a smile. Today, I was helped by Sandra, and she truly made my day. I had a tough morning earlier, but thanks to Sandra's warm and gracious demeanor, along with her excellent customer service, she helped turn my day around. I hope your manager recognizes what a fantastic employee you are and how lucky they are to have you. Thank you again, Sandra!!! And I can't forget to mention the white chocolate mochas with a pump of raspberry.

I'm not quite sure what it is about this Starbucks that turns me off—perhaps it's the parking situation or the unwelcoming layout. Regardless, they handle my mobile orders pretty well. However, I wouldn't choose to spend time there. I’m giving them 4 stars because they definitely deserve more than 3, simply for their effort.

They made my wife's caramel Frappuccino perfectly. She usually finds something to complain about, but this time she was happy with it. I had a hot tea, which is hard to mess up, right?

Larry the Manager is nice, very responsive and the place is clean and well run.
