Great people, super friendly, fantastic butchers. Cater to the Wilmette and near Burbs with great protein for many years and expected prices, but they help you choose and trim your choices as only the best meat retailers can. Recommended.
One of the best butchers on the north shore! These folks have been around since I moved here in the 70s! Always dependable for the very best products and knowledge!
