I eat there often because it’s close to my job, but honestly they need to improve in a few areas.. Everytime I order my food I only get 2 pacs of ketchup, lol like really and this happens all the time. You got popcorn chicken and tator tots with I dipping sauce and two ketchup packs. An my drink always running all over my cup and down the sides not good. View all feedback.

Pull up to place an order an they don't welcome you, they just ask what do want. They are unorganized an get orders wrong all the time. Hiring teenagers who show no respect for the customers an no manager to talk to about it.. i live in Wilmer an dont have options for other fast food. Corporate needs to step up an straighten up this location, or just close it down
The food was okay but somehow the mediums are smalls now. When the employee gave my food,he wasn't very friendly and since I had ordered in one of the stalls I decided to sit and enjoy my food before having to drive all the way to Gun Barrel City and watch some TikTok and such. The employee walked to the front my car and looked like he expected me to drive off and every time he came back out he stared at me the same way like he was expecting me to drive off. Really need to learn customer service.
Service is slow. Employees are pushed 2 their limits. Not enough man power.
