Very unpleasant and disappointing experience at this location in multiple aspects. The host, Mariely, added hot instead of mild salsa to one of the burrito bowls; which she then attempted to scoop off. In addition, she added cheese to both bowls instead of just one; she also wanted to scoop that off, but I stopped her before she could turn the bowl into a completely inedible dish. She also mismarked the orders on the outside; B on the steak bowl, and an S on the barbacoa bowl. Therefore, I ended up dropping off the wrong order at my daughter 's place; which she ended up throwing out, because I had already left by the time the mistake was discovered. I also got overcharged; 2 x guacamole instead of just one. Finally, this whole experience also included a really bad attitude by the host Mariely. If someone dislikes their job this much; I would recommend to look for a new one. Just a suggestion.

The menu is unclear as to what is included in a kids meal, and the employees were unable to clearly explain it. In the end, we were overcharged, and we still don't know how the kids menu works. The employees clearly had their brains turned completely off, because they were not paying attention to who had ordered and who hadn't. The employees' music in the back overpowered the dining area music. This was the first time I've had to eat a Chipotle burrito with a fork because they didn't do a good job wrapping it. Overall, a pretty terrible experience, thanks to the staff.
Not sure who is running this restaurant but the manager might want to stop in at night and see what's going on. Because it's endless.
