Zoes Kitchen - Willow Grove

The food is consistently delicious, but the service and cleanliness could use some improvement. I ordered a harissa salmon pita one night, but I was given a chicken dish instead. It wasn’t a huge issue, as the food was still tasty, and I'm open to giving places a second chance. However, when I ordered again a week later, my wife discovered hair in her chicken salad. I like to consider myself fair, and while I usually reserve one-star reviews for establishments that pose serious health risks, I don’t think I’ll be returning here.

I ordered my usual, the Moroccan chicken pladina, and it was drenched in spicy sauce. Unfortunately, my salad was disappointing. I always request no onions or olives and extra feta, but last night it came loaded with olives and onions, and without the extra feta. The chef also seemed to have an attitude when I had to send my order back for the second time. To make matters worse, my friend and I placed our orders just three minutes apart, yet we were served twenty minutes apart. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

I visit this restaurant frequently and really enjoy the food, but this time I had a disappointing experience. The girl with the braids was unexpectedly rude to me. She asked, with an attitude, “Excuse me, are you picking up or something?” even though I was clearly just standing there waiting. Then, they simply pushed my food over the counter without saying a word. To make matters worse, the bread on my sandwich was soggy and the chicken was dry.

Delicious food. Fast and courteous staff. Can be a bid pricey. Otherwise there is seating indoors and outdoors. The plaza it’s it causes some minor traffic jams in the parking lot due to space and volume.

I was all hype to try it out because I heard it was good. I walk up to the door and the sign said open daily from 11-9pm. The doors were locked and workers were sitting at the table eating. No signs for break, lunch, nothing. They thought it was funny that people were trying to come get food and couldn't get in.
